About Alisa
Alisa L. Jefferson, M.S. FHD, is a dedicated child and family development specialist with over ten years of experience in early childhood education and family services. She is passionate about helping parents foster the growth and development of their children, from the belly to babbles and beyond. Her professional journey has allowed her to work with countless children, families, and educators through various positions. Still, her heart for child development, education, and family relationships extends beyond her professional work. Alisa is a devout Christian, a worship leader, and an intercessor. She is currently a partner of a Christ-centered church where she is pleased to serve on ministry teams and actively engage in a community that values the presence of God, spiritual growth and development, and service.
As a wife to her loving husband and mother of two wonderful children, Alisa understands the unique challenges and joys of building a family while staying rooted in Christ. Through her experiences as a mother, she has become deeply committed to walking alongside other women in their journeys, providing both spiritual and practical support. Her mission is to help parents shape little beings with love, patience, and intentionality, recognizing each child’s journey as unique and precious. She strives to create programs, resources, and services that support growth in all areas of life, helping individuals and families to thrive in both faith and development.
